-------Motivation -------
- I am already worked in Korea for over 4.5 years , i have gained very good insights about the customers in korea and asian region esp China, Japan and Korean region. At this point of time i want to levereage that experience and bring it back to Germany
- Me and wife plan to stay in Germany for probably the rest of our lives, we have been married for over 3 years now and we plan to raise a family ..and we plan to do that in Europe - Also that my wife can speak German we she is also quite familiar with German working style and culture..
So next 7-10 years down the line , I want to stay in Germany and raise a family there.. My wife also plans to work...(tell about her..)

-- I have over 10 years of work experience,moved up the ladder from being a software engineer, to gaining more control of the project to Business analyst , to IT consultant and now a Project Manager.
-- Talk about the first job , that was as Software Engineer and handled linux infrastrucutre for a small company with 50 employees or so.. Then moved to Australia for masters..from the Best school in Asia pac. region

-- Then hired by Fujitsu-Siemens (now fujitsu) in the automotive sector , developing products for Car Entertainment systems (Talk about the roles -- see resume )
- Team lead for 4 people, interacting with customers and managing the project from requirement to final delivery
