Ethics: Virtuous because they place a large amount of trust in the employee and does not constantly emphasize consequences in order to scare employees into not messing up/being untruthful. An example would be how I was trained right away to be one of the only people that would manage the cash register, and they spent most of their time helping me to ensure I not make mistakes rather than saying "this is your consequence if you mess up". Even when I did mess up they did not make a big deal about it but rather just showed me how to quickly fix it.

Commitment: Affective commitment because my favorite aspect about where I work is the people I work with and how my employer goes out of their way in order to make sure my job hours do not coincide with my class time. Even if I have to only work 1 day a week or I need to take certain days off on short notice, I have not had a time where they have declined me outright.

Perceptions: Initially, I perceived the org as a place that was incredibly profession and strict. It seemed like a place that would worry more about your job performance rather than you as a person. However, as I started working there my job perception shifted into realizing that the entire workforce is focused on trust and flexibility. Most of my coworkers are friendly and welcoming, so it feels nice to talk to them during down time.

Emotions: At times when the restaurant got very busy and I was still new to the job I felt very hectic and stressed, but after a few months working there it becomes a routine and almost instinctive. Basically, as time went on things became easier and more natural. There will be times where I feel bad if I mess up though.
