Parents and carers
I'm writing this to inform you about our upcoming opening evening and brief you on why students should consider applying for WMSF. Firstly, the opening evening consists of students as well as parents guided around school property and is introduced to potentially their future teachers. Teachers will then be available to answer for any questions you may have about the subject, topics and anything outside of class. I think you'll find this very beneficial due to the fact that if students are indecisive about what subjects to pick, we have teachers who perform in all areas of education. I believe this will make students feel more comfortable before entering college considering that college is a big step in education. WMSF is known for its inclusive success, people from different backgrounds have came to WMSF and have succeeded to go on and do good things. This can be shown through our recent Ofsted report. Our report in 2017 was given an overall 'good' in its inspection, which is an improvement from our previous year and as a result WMSF is always looking to improve in the next inspection because we're always looking to do better. Although few things require improvements WMSF have been praised by Ofsted for achieving reports such as 'Personal development' and that being said I believe that if more students are developing it can enhance the performance if the school as a whole. This makes it a good environment for students to be in because then it will motivate them also to develop which is why students should contemplate applying for this college because its a good experience.

In addition to this students progression is also displayed through exam results at the end of the year. The previous year has shown to be a brilliant year for WMSF with an outstanding 98% pass rate, in fact WMSF pass rate is higher than many other local establishments which is a testimony to the quality of WMSF teaching and hard work from the students. Therefore, if students join WMSF they're likely to do well due to our consistency and quality of learning.
