Notes

After weeks in Greece, Cassie and Nate stumble back up Half-Blood Hill. Cassie is hardly consious, being half dragged, half carried by an equally battered Nate. Though bloodied and bruised, they looked triumphant. They had succeeded, and Nate could hear. The three halfbloods traveled to Greece, and we're almost immediately faced with countless riddles to solve and monsters to defeat. They were slowly worn down both physically and mentally, but trudged on. Natalie was the brains, Nate the happiness, Cassie the voice. Then, they hit their final task. They found themselves trapped in a cavern, weaponless. Oposite them was none other than Arachne herself. They fought her valiantly with whatever they could, and eventually defeated her. Then, Athena herself came to them, congratulating them for their success, and giving the twins their hearing and speaking abilities. Yet they had no time to celebrate. The cavern they were in began to collapse, and in their panic, Natalie was left behind. Now all we can do is pray that she is alive and trying to get back to us, though we doubt it. But, at least she had a precious few moments in which she could speak again.
