Larger Size: Tiny -> Small: 10 xp, Small -> Medium: 25 xp, Medium -> Large; 50 xp, Large -> Huge: 100 xp Huge -> Gargantuan: 250 xp. This improves your HD by 1 step (d4/d6/d8/d10/d12/d20).
Natural Armor: 1-3: +10 per step, 4-6 +25 per step 7-9 50 per step 10+ 100 per step
Proficiency Bonus: +1/+2: +10 per step, +3/+4: +25 per step; +5/+6 +50 per step +7/+8 +100 per step +9 +250 per step
Extra HD: 2-4: +10 per step, 5-8 +25 per step 9-12 +50 per step 13-16 +100 per step 17+ 200 per step
Special Abilities/Extra Spells/etc: To be determined. This is a wide category. I'm thinking equivalent spell level ^2 * 50 xp.
Special abilities that are not easily matched to spells will fall into one of four categories:
Simple: Things like a barbarian's fast movement, small damage buffs (e.g. +2 damage), and non-combat related buffs (e.g. Dwarve's stonecunning, Lizardfolk's hold breath): Typically +25 xp
Moderate: Damage resistances, extra damage dice, improving damage dice of attacks (per step), etc: typically +50 xp
Strong: Extra attacks/Multiattack, Energy/HP Drain, etc: Typically +100 xp
Extremely Strong: Things like legendary actions, death effects, breath weapons, or anything stronger than a "strong" ability. Note: abilities similar to spells fall into this category, though they have an approximate formula (spell level ^ 2 * 50 xp)
