Selamat Sore,
Saya selaku pihak dari Vladimir Butik meminta maaf atas ketidak telitian dan keterlambatan kami dalam memberikan pelayanan kepada murid-murid SVA. Khususnya kepada salah satu murid kami yaitu @jufflyte.
Kami kurang cekatan dalam memberikan pelayanan dikarenakan waktu pemesanan tepat pada batas akhir, terlebih kendala account butik yang terkadang bermasalah.
Untuk itu, kami memohon sekiranya pihak ADM untuk tetap membuatkan ID Card bagi murid kami yaitu @jufflyte.
Sekiranya ini dapat menjadi pembelajaran dari segala pihak, khususnya para murid. Agar dalam pemesanan hendaklah disegerakan, jika dalam kurun waktu 1 × 24 jam tidak mendapat tanggapan, sekiranya aktif untuk menanyakan.
Ke depannya kami juga akan memperbaiki sistem yang ada untuk lebih teliti lagi, agar tidak lagi terjadi hal serupa. Kami harapkan pula kerjasamanya dari segala pihak.
