I see. Since you're unable to immigrate based on family, you will need to immigrate by gaining employment with a company here in the United States and having them sponsor you by filing an I-140 with the U.S. Citizenship and Immigration Services.

Most employers do allow you to apply for a position via the internet. What kind of job you apply for is up to you.

yes i read about the naturalisation process, sorry i keep asking questions but, how can you be a permanent resident.. without a citizenship? isn't a citizenship what allows you to gain access to the US?

No, many non-citizens enter the U.S. every day. Whether it be via a tourist visa, or an immigrant visa. Immigrating to the U.S. and getting a Greed Card grants you permanent resident status. You aren't a citizen, but you're legally allowed to live and work in the U.S.

Once you've held a Green Card for 5 years, you're able to apply for citizenship through naturalization.

You won't be "tracked down." You have to provide your information to the Department of State in order to obtain a visa. There are ways of being contacted.

You cannot work on a tourist visa. Like the Department of State's website explains in the link that I provided, it can only be used for tourism, vacation, visit with friends/family, medical treatment, social events, or enrollment in short study courses.

I don't have any way of knowing all companies that sponsor foreign nationals for an employment visa, I'm sorry about that. It will require some research on your part. Many different types of companies do this.

Since you're a minor, it may require parental consent, but the USCIS does not list a minimum age required to apply for a Green Card.
