Electrical Generator

This giant belt-driven high-current dynamo produced 310 amperes at 7 volts. Dynamos are no longer used because of the size and complexity of the commutator wanted for prime energy functions. Dynamos generate pulsing direct current through the utilization of a commutator. The flow of electricity by way of generator and transformer coils produces resistive heat.

In an electrical generator, the galvanometer mentioned above would get replaced by some electrical gadget. AC mills are used in energy plants, electrical scooters, sailboats, bicycles, and so on.
