1) Tell me about Yourself :- ( apne baare me btao )
Good Morning Sir
My name is Harpreet Singh . I am from Swaraj Nagar , Kharar , Punjab . I completed my 12th from Punjab Board , Punjab . I competed my ITI (Mechanical ) from Rupnagar Punjab . I have 2 years experience as a Sticker typist in Swaraj Limited Mohali , Punjab . I live with my family. In my family I live with my father, my mother and my elder sister. My Hobbies is Watching movies and Mostly I am active on social media like Instagram, Facebook and WhatsApp. Thats all about myself sir.

2) Why you left job or why you want to join bpo
Because sir I am working from last 2 years but they have no future no promotion. and also My brother is also doing as an advisor job on Snapdeal since 4 months he told me there have many kinds of promotion in BPO and we Improve our communication skills also . That's why I want to choose BPO

4) What is BPO or Call centre :-
Business process outsourcing (BPO) is the act of outsourcing some aspect of your business's operations to a third-party vendor or service provider. A BPO call center is a team of outsourced agents who handle incoming and outgoing customer calls for other businesses.

5) Swaraj me aap kya kaam krte the :-
Mostly Spare parts are made in Swaraj and after Spare Parts will be ready they Go To Different State . I was a sticker typist in Swaraj. when the product is ready for shipped i print Manufacture sticker for which state order is deliverd and forward to our team next .

6) How you spend your last day :-
Yesterday is sunday . I woke up at 8 Am . and then i brushed my teeth and then i bathed . After taking bath I went to Gurdwara Sahib to worship a God . I came from Gurdwara Sahib at 11 am. Then I ate breakfast. after breakfast i went to Nani's house.My cousins ​​also came to Nani's house . We had a lot of fun then I came at 8 pm in the night . and ate dinner after that i watch movie in tv . Then around 11 pm i went to sleep . So , Its my last day i spend with my family .


7) How you celebrate your last birthday:-
My birthday is on 6th Jan, But last birthday I can't celebrate . Due to my family issue . But I went to Gurdwara sahib for pray my long life , So my last birthday is just ordinary.

8) What is e-commerce
E-commerce is the buying and selling of good or services via the internet, and the transfer of money and data to complete the sales. It's also known as electronic commerce or internet commerce

9) what is advantages and dis-advantages of e-commerce
Advantages:-
1. Faster buying process.
2. Cost reduction.
3. Affordable advertising and marketing.
4. Faster response to buyer/market demands.

Disadvantages:-
1. Late delivery.
2. Some products are difficult to buy online
3. The buyer cannot touch or feel the product online

10) Which is your last movie or web series to watch ( apne last movie ya webseries konsi dekhi ):-
I have seen the last punjabi movie its Jatt and Juliet . This is a romantic and comedy movie . Diljit Dosanjh and Neeru Bajwa are Main leads in this movie .The boy and the girl are fighted earlier but they did not know when they fell in love.This is a very good picture also you can see with family

11) how long do you want to work here ( aap yaha pr kb tk kaam krna chahte he )
I have come to build my future by getting promoted in Bpo . Salary package is also good here . So I only choose Competent in BPO line .Because Here Surrounding is very good

12) What is your salary expectation ( Salary kitni chaiheye )
14,000 to 15,000
