Hey good evening my name is Vivek Jain. We are here to discuss an anonymous donation of $100,000 and how can we make it fruitful for our organization and its people.

As our executive director gave us ideas on how we can use donations, I thought about each and every option and got to a conclusion after my understanding that we should go for the opening of a sports club. It will give all of us a lot of benefits and opportunities for the future.

We are in the middle of a pandemic and we all know how immunity and fitness are playing a role in such a deadly disease. Sports clubs will provide the opportunity not just to students but to faculty and board of directors to play some of the other sorts of sport to keep themselves fit and active and most importantly away from high blood pressure, hypertension, obesity, and many more diseases that can lead to severe problems. Also, the sports club will help each one of us to maintain a healthy lifestyle as different sports will be added to it. Moving ahead sports clubs will create more and more opportunities for the student to represent our organization on both national and international levels. As students will have access to the best types of equipment and best space for practice and by practicing and proper training they can excel in sports with academics. Sports club will also provide leisure time to all the students and teachers too and because of the sports club, we can hit two birds with a single stone that is students will have leisure time and improve their health and fitness while having leisure time. At this point of time, we all have realized that another way we must keep ourselves fit and healthy and opening a sports club can help us. I believe that sports club will help our organization grow more and give us a chance to outshine. As we already have the best academic results because of our hardworking teachers and students, we can also excel in sports by opening this sports club.
I would love to have support and contribution from our board members and their guidance and suggestions for the opening of this sports club. It will be a great initiative by our organization for our people, our students, and our staff.

We can use this fund by creating a sports complex, buying some best quality equipment, and hiring some professional and best coaches for the students.

If we don't learn anything from the covid -19 pandemic, we might suffer from some big diseases in near future and for that, we need more and more sports clubs so that we all can keep ourselves fit and fine and make our own immune system healthy and disease-free.

In Conclusion:- To make our organization grow more and to promote health and wellness we must go with the opening of the sports club. In this way, we can use the donation for the betterment of our society, our people, and our organization.
