I've always wanted to say that I am certified. Most of my friends assume I am a trainer and I want to finally say that I am a certified personal trainer. I also want to assess and correct my own inbalances and problem areas in my training and nutrition.
What are you looking to get out of the eTeach class?
I want to build build a solid base of knowledge of exercise, training and nutrition.
What are the most common mistakes you see potential clients make when exercising?
What I see most often is poor form. I think most people don't take the time to properly learn how to perform exercises correctly. Some people shouldn't be doing certain exercises, but they don't know any better. I believe most just copy what other people do. They don't invest in getting proper training and programming from qualified personal trainers.
