Conflict at Work Can Be Positive!

Many managers would prefer to pretend that conflict inside their teams or workplaces doesn't exist. They will go to great lengths to stop a 'confrontation'. It can lead to tensions and unresolved problems which can affect work outputs and business results, besides individuals feeling uncomfortable or unhappy.

How can conflict stay positive?
