Conflict at Work Can Be Positive!

Many managers would prefer to pretend that conflict inside their teams or workplaces doesn't exist. They will go to great lengths to stop a 'confrontation'. If you are a individual that prefers to pretend something potentially unpleasant isn't happening, you will want to have some understanding of the effects of the short-sighted strategy. - Helps release emotion, anxiety, and stress

- Builds cooperation and understanding amongst people through learning more about each other

- Helps individuals develop understanding and skills

- Helps the group to maneuver on
