업계 “국산 업체 지원 강화해달라”

계속 수입산 김치를 쓰겠다는 업체에 ‘국산 김치가 수입산과 비교해 어느 정도 수준이어야 변경하겠나’를 묻자 37.8%가 ‘국산이 수입산의 150% 수준’이라고 답했다. 수입산의 3배 이상인 국산 김치 가격이 지금의 반값 정도로 떨어져야 바꾼다는 의미다.



이 때문에 업계는 인증제 도입보다 국산 김치 생산 업체에 대한 지원을 강화하는 것이 실질적인 도움을 줄 것이라는 입장이다. 이하연 대한민국김치협회 회장은 “생산업체는 원재료를 저렴하게 사서 저장할 수 있는 능력이 있어야 수익성을 키울 수 있다”며 “저장시설을 마련하기 어려운 영세 업체에 저장시설을 운영할 수 있도록 지원해야 한다”고 말했다.

행사 중 주목받은 프로그램으로는 홈페이지로 신청한 전국의 50가족들에게 선착순 ‘김장체험 꾸러미’(절임배추10kg, 양념4kg)를 공짜로 보내주고 김장체험 후기를 공유하는 ‘온라인 김장체험 챌린지’였다.

17일 부귀농협에 따르면, 이번 축제 매출은 온라인 주문 판매 650건 3800여만원, 드라이브 스루 판매 200건 1900만원으로

총 5700만원가량이다.


코로나19 확산 영향으로 여느 흔한 드라이브스루 행사장처럼 발길이 뜸 할 줄 알았던 예상과 달리 진안군 부귀면 마이산김치공장에서 개최됐음에도 하루 종일 꾸준하게 방문 차량이 있을 정도로 호응이 좋았다.


페이스북에 김치 담그는 영상을 올린 한모씨는 “보내준 절임배추와 양념으로 김치를 담가 여럿이 맛있게 나눠먹었다”며 소개하기도 했다.


해외제조업소 등록 시 식품 제조시설 허가·등록정보 등을 확인할 수 있는 수출국 발행 증빙서류 제출을 7월부터 의무화해 등록 단계부터 거짓·허위 등록을 방지한다.


식품의약품안전처는 1일 이같은 내용을 골자로 하는 2021년 하반기부터 달라지는 식품·의약품 정책을 소개했다.


어린이 급식과 외식 등에 대한 영양·안전 관리를 강화한다. 영양사를 두지 않은 소규모 어린이 급식소는 12월까지 전국에 설치된 어린이급식관리지원센터에 의무 등록해 급식 위생·영양 관리를 받아야 한다.


7월부터 영양성분과 알레르기 표시 의무를 지는 어린이 기호식품 조리·판매 업소는 기존 가맹점 100개 이상에서 50개 이상 프랜차이즈 업체로 확대된다.


변화하는 외식 조리환경을 반영한 조치도 시행된다. 식약처는 현재 시범운영 중인 '공유주방'을 12월부터 ‘공유주방운영업’으로 제도화해 체계적으로 관리한다.


코로나19 백신 개발 지원을 위한 방안도 마련했다. 식약처는 국산 코로나19 백신의 신속한 임상 진입을 위해 맞춤형 전주기 품질관리 상담제를 실시하고 개별임상시험위원회에서 각각 승인 심사하던 것을 7월부터 '중앙임상시험심사위원회'에서 통합 심사하도록 했다.




농협하나로유통은 21일까지 전국 하나로마트 매장과 온라인 쇼핑몰 ‘농협몰’에서 절임배추와 김치류 할인판매에 나선다(사진).

또 기존 전곡농협 공장은 학교급식, 북파주농협 공장은 학교급식과 소포장, 남양농협 공장은 소포장 위주로 생산하는 공장별 품목화를 진행해 협업생산을 가능케 했다.
