Thông qua ông Dũng, tôi biết ông là người phu trách của NEC tại TQ và khu vực APAC. Xin đươc giới thiệu, tôi là Chương, làm việc cùng ông Dũng tại Cục ATTT.
Thưa ông, ngày 22/10/2014 ông Kaoru Yano, Chủ tịch HDQT công ty NEC có gửi thư tới PTTg Vũ Đức Đam, tại đó, ông Kaoru Yano có đề cập tới 1 khoản viện trợ không hoàn lại của CP Nhật về giải pháp an ninh mạng cho CP Việt Nam. Ngày 2/12/2014, ông VDD đã có ý kiến chỉ đạo giao cho Vietnamese MIC chủ trì và phối hợp cùng Bộ KHDT để làm việc cụ thể với công ty NEC.
Được biết ông là manager của NEC tại TQ và APAC, và cũng có một số trao đổi với đồng nghiệp của tôi, ông Dũng (thực ra là my boss :D), tôi muốn xin ông một số comment và suggestion về đề nghị của NEC.
Rất mong ông có thể gợi ý cho chúng tôi một số nội dung để có thể triển khai công việc này được hiệu quả hơn
