Submission of 1st Placement Report & Student Interim Review Form



Dear Placement Students 2014/2015,



Please be reminded of the following to-do list for your placement 2014/2015:



1. Submit Placement Report (First submission)

Deadline: 31 December 2014



The following contents should be included in your Report:





II. Acknowledgement

III. Objectives of Placement

IV. Description of the type of company that the student works in e.g. type of industry, company objectives, organization, size etc.

V. Description of the department that the student is placed in e.g. organization, objectives, size, staff, teams, work, etc.

VI. Assignments e.g. type of assignments, application description, objective, achievements, team etc. (Description of work assigned should be cover up to 15 December 2013)



For section V & VI, the descriptions should be comphensive and able to show in detail the work you have done so far. Do not write just a few lines.





Please note that you should submit your report to the PMS (Assessment à Placement Reports) by 31 Dec 2014, any late submission will be recorded and all assessments will become part of the academic record of the student.



2. Submit Student Performance Review (Interim) Form

Deadline: 31 December 2014



Student should complete the Student Performance Review (Interim) Form in the PMS (Assessment à Self-assess Performance Review) by 31 December 2014.



3. Sign for activity logs

Student should psent a hardcopy of your activity logs for work supervisor to sign in December or at a time interval designated by the work supervisor. Please note that you should keep the signed activity logs and attached them as an appendix for your final report (final report should be submitted in May).
