3. Direct Dock Probe Cards

Direct-Dock-style wafer probing offers higher bandwidth, increased pin density and testing more devices in parallel. These cards also support the increasing trend of conventional final test to wafer probe which permits known good die (KGD) and reduced cost of ownership.

4. Trio™ Vertical
