CHAPTER ONE


I woke up, and the instant I tried to move, I felt nothing but pain, 'how am I still alive?' I felt something soft under me and saw a pile of golden flowers, I looked up and saw light coming from the hole above me, 'am I... underground?'

I got up, my head still hurt but I kept walking, until I reached what I though was a doorframe or something like that, I walked through and saw a small patch of grass, and yet there was nothing.

I continued to walk through and went through some other door, there was these red leaves everywhere, and two sets of stairs, both on opposites sides, both lead to the same door, I went up the stairs and through the door.

There was ANOTHER door, how surprising, I went through and there were these little bridges that went over little, rivers or something? I can't quite tell, but the water didn't seem that deep, I walked through and there were some levers, some had like arrows and messages, one of them didn't.

I had no idea what they were for, but I kept walking anyways, I then saw a dummy, well, a shredded dummy, there was almost nothing left of it, what I found in the next room was terrifying, spikes everywhere, any step you take, you die, just what is this place?

I stupidly took a step forwards and the spikes just disappeared, I guess it really wasn't a trap? I took another step forward almost stepping on a spike, that would've been painful..

I found out what the pattern was after some time, and walked through in zig zags, after that, there was a long hall, I ran quickly, I thought there would be some trap on something, but thankfully I got through safely.

I walked to another room, I saw the same red leaves from before, and when I looked over to my left, I saw a small pile of dust, 'Why is it so dusty in here? Is this place abandoned?'

I walked into another room, there was a small bowl on the ground, all the candy spilling out, I picked up one, and I left, I continued my journey to find Frisk.

I saw the ground was pretty unstable in the next room, what grave it away? Oh, I don't know maybe the giant hole on the floor, I tried to step over it but fell anyways.

I saw a dark pathway, it lead back up to the other side of the room, I left that place and saw a rock on top of some, button or something, I walked through and there was another, what do I even call them, traps?

The ground was unstable like in the last one, and I didn't even get two steps far before falling, I saw the red leaved again, and a sign saying 'Please don't step on the leaves,' so I didn't.

It took me a while before noticing that those leaves would actually be the solution to the puzzle above, I finally finished that, and there were other rocks, again, they stood on some buttons, I kept walking and found a table with cold and old cheese stuck to it.

As I walked through I kept finding more and more dust, I got to a point where there were two pathways, I took the one to my left, there was three piles of dust.

I'd get it if the place was a little dusty, but piles of dust? Seriously how long has this place been abandoned?

I made my way through this weird place, finally, I got to a house, I went in, and it was empty, I checked everywhere, there was a room, it had kids' shoes, toys, a music box, many things, must have been for a child.

Then another room, it had this giant bed, and a table with a chair, on the table had been a stack of old papers, books about snails organized on the shelves, and the last room was locked, 'room under renovations' was written on a sign.
