In rub school, something were taught is how to give our clients the proper home care. Stretches to become done following the treatment that will assist limit the tension in painful or tight muscles. We spent 2 yrs learning stretches for up to every large muscle within the body and most of such stretches I have provided to my clients at some part in time or another. Until I was brought to yoga. Not only do most yoga poses produce an excellent stretch and also can increase relaxation and a feeling of wellbeing too. After nine many years of practising rub, I only provide yoga poses as home care. Here are some from the yoga pose I personally find most beneficial.
Each foot represents one half of the body, the organs that are perfectly located at the right half in the body including the liver and gallbladder are treated for the right foot, the pancreas, stomach, spleen and heart are treated on the left. It is because if this, this modality is recognized as an approach to complementary medicine, treating the body as a whole instead of as individual systems. Apart from treating our bodies as a whole reflexology may also be used to ease foot pain from standing or poor shoe support.
