The mission of mine in life is improving healthcare through learning. For both professional and personal reasons, I've focused on finding better methods to assist healthcare providers study, focused on enhancing healthcare outcomes. This consists of both hospital based and pre hospital learning initiatives.
Jason Zigmont focuses on making learning initiatives with demonstrated results in clinical quality, finance, and customer service. Specific instances include:


Implementing interdisciplinary TeamSTEPPS education to enhance communication and teamwork which resulted in improvement on ten regions of the security Attitudes Questionnaire, a ten % decrease in mortality plus twelve % increases in best box HCAHPS scores.


Curriculum design and setup for Improving diligent handoff which leads to reduced morbidity and mortality.


Optimizing RN Orientation to produce RNs much more competent, more quickly that has resulted in more than thirty % reductions in orientation measurements. JumpStart has lowered RN Orientation by more than three weeks per RN by using experiential learning as well as simulation.


Created a system for resident learning remediation which has led to residents improving their learning how to stop probation and/or failing from residency programs.


Designed as well as applied Faculty Development for school members which includes both MDs/DOs and RNs entitled "Certificate within Experiential Learning".


Consulting on look of healthcare education plans, curriculum advancement, experiential mastering opportunities, curricula, achieving simulation and learners.


Internationally and nationally recognized speaker, consultant and writer on Adult Learning, Simulation, Faculty Development as well as Achieving Measurable Learning Outcomes.
