We understand your concern that you have been charged extra amount of Rs.1100 on your exchange of product 'Redmi 4A' for the product 'Mi A3 (Kind of Grey, 64 GB)'.
We are sorry for the trouble caused to you.
We would like to let you know the amount seen while placing the order is just an estimate based on the model and brand of the mobile. Discount will depend on the actual condition of the mobile phone and checks performed by the 'Wishmaster' at the doorstep.
If it does not meet certain criteria, then lesser discount would be applicable on the mobile as compared to what has been offered at the time of placing the order.
The possible change in exchange value can be seen by you in My Order page.
Here are a few important things to note while choosing the exchange option for a device:
1. Only functional devices without any screen defect are accepted
2. The screen/body should not have any cracks/dent
3. The screen should be intact
4. IMEI will be verified at the time of pickup by the Wishmaster to complete the process
5. Screen locks or iCloud locks should be disabled
Please note, the 'Detach' is an option that we offer from where you can get the delivery of the ordered product by paying the exchange value in cash or through Debit/ Credit card (If POS machine is available with the 'Wishmaster') unlike the order getting cancelled if the 'Smart Pickup' checks fail.
