When I worked in an engineering company to design and build grain storage and handling facilities, I manage requirements often. We send questionnaire to clients to collect requirements like the land size, grain storage capacity, bulk handling equipment capacity, grain dryer, ventilation system and temperature monitoring system. Then we send the information to engineers and store in the computer of sales assistant. Whenever we need to review the information, we can ask the sales assistant to send the information again. This way will avoid to ask the clients many times for same question or requirement.
Now I like to store information in cloud, so I can download the information from internet at any laptop and computer.
