‘진안고원마이산김치축제’(이하 김치축제)가 지난 15일 성황리에 마무리 됐다.


17일 부귀농협에 따르면, 이번 축제 매출은 온라인 주문 판매 650건 3800여만원, 드라이브 스루 판매 200건 1900만원으로

총 5700만원가량이다.


전춘성 진안군수는 “이번 비대면 마이산김치축제는 코로나19 사태 및 코로나 블루 국면에 맞이한 어려운 상황 가운데 개최 됐지만 소비자들에게는 가족의 정을 느끼며 민족 전통문화를 체험할 수 있는 계기가 되고, 우리 농민들에게는 고부가가치 농산물을 판매할 수 있는 기회가 됐다”며 “향후 그 잠재력을 살려 진안군과 대한민국을 대표하는 명품 축제로 발전시켜 나가겠다”고 밝혔다.


축제 기간뿐만 아니라 축제 기간 이후에도 온라인에서 많은 분들과 소통하고자 하는 김치축제의 의지를 담아 특별히 제작한 프로그램으로 많은 관심을 보였다.


포천시 영북면지역사회보장협의체는 지난 17일 호국보훈의 달을 맞아 국가유공자분들에게 여름배추김치로 고마운 마음을 전달했다.


영북면지역사회보장협의체는 매년 열무김치, 알타리김치 등 김봉일 위원장이 직접 재배한 재료를 이용한 김치나눔사업을 추진하고 있다.


올해는 특별히 호국보훈의 달을 맞아 나라를 위해 희생한 국가유공자분들에게 고마운 마음을 김치로 전달하게 됐다.


김봉일 위원장은 “국가를 위해 희생한 유공자를 위해 뜻을 모아 의미있는 행사를 마련했다”며 “국가유공자 어르신들이 코로나19를 극복하고 건강하게 지내실 수 있도록 더욱 관심을 가지겠다”고 전했다.


윤숭재 영북면장은 “특별한 달을 맞아 국가유공자 어르신을 위한 여름김치를 만들어 주신 농협김치 진심으로 감사드린다 지역을 위한 끊임없는 고민이 이러한 지역복지사업 추진에 원동력이 됐다고 본다”며 감사의 마음을 표했다.




어딤채는 200여년 전 조선시대 문헌에 나오는 전통음식. 하지만 담그는 방법이 몇몇 가문에만 전해져 간신히 명맥을 유지해 왔다. 어딤채는 물고기(魚)와 김치의 순우리말인 ‘딤채’를 합성한 말로 1809년 빙허각 이씨가 저술한 고조리서 ‘규합총서’에 기술돼 있다.

협약에 따라 참여 업체는 2년 간 소래찬 상표와 레시피를 사용해 배추김치, 백김치, 나박김치를 생산·유통할 수 있다.





생산 업체는 소래찬 상표에 대한 이미지와 소비자 신뢰를 높일 수 있도록 최고의 품질 수준을 유지해야 한다.
