ingilizce için günde en az 1 saat çalışacağım (dinleme, okuma, konuşma)
bunların dışında bir instagram ekitap/video serim var. Onu da kategorize edip yavaş yavaş oluşturacağım.
diyetim güzel gidiyor. Eylül ayı içerisinde bir bulking dönemi gelebilir
genel olarak baktığımda iş yükünün gayet az olduğunu düşünüyorum.
finansal durumuma baktığımda ise şu an rahat bir durumda olduğumu görüyorum. çünkü swipe/ftx şirketlerinden 1000 dolar para aldım, alabilirsem 1000 dolar daha alacağım. Yatırımlarımı yapıyorum ve mumlar yeşil yakıyor.
btcturk yarışmasını kazanamadım. belki de en iyisi buydu. hırs ile hile yaptım. ailemin çabasını da yüz üstü bırakmak istememiştim. neyse sağlık olsun. dediğim gibi belki de en iyisi buydu.
gelen olarak konfor alanımdan çıkmaya çaba gösteriyorum. bunun beni geliştirdiğini sürekli görüyorum. korkularımız aslında çok basit. o tabuları yıkmak ve her gün yıkmaya devam etmek seni bambaşka bir insana çevirebiliyor.
gün içinde negatif ve sürekli olan olayların yerine pozitif şeyler koymam gerektiğinin farkındayım. bunun için çaba göstereceğim.
ve gün içine 30 dakika da olsa kitap okuma rutinleri koymalıyım. hızlı okuma teknikleri ile hem okumam hızlandı hem kitap okumak tekrar beni heyecanlandıran bir şey haline geldi. onun pratiklerine de tekrardan başlayacağım.
