전남 해남군 황산면 소재한 해남햇살영농조합법인(대표 김상석)과 우리들곳간영농조합법인(대표 최경민)이 행안부형 마을기업과 전남형 예비 마을기업으로 각각 지정됐다.


해남햇살은 2019년 전남형 예비 마을기업으로 시작하여, 지난해에는 행안부형 신규 마을기업으로 지정되었고, 올해 2년차 마을기업으로 지정되는 성과를 올렸다. 우리들곳간은 지난해 법인을 설립하여 올해 전남형 예비 마을기업으로 첫 지정되었다.


특히, 두 곳 모두 청년형 마을기업으로, 황산면에서 나고 자란 토박이 청년들이 주축이 되어 설립한 기업으로 관심을 모으고 있다.


김상석 대표는“지역에서 애써 기른 농산물이 마땅한 판로가 없어 제값을 받지 못한 채 매매되는 게 어린 눈에도 안타까웠다”며“처음에는 마을 어르신 등 지역 농산물을 적정한 가격에 수매하여 판매하다가 개인이 아닌 단체가 되면 고객관리, 홍보 등도 유리하다 판단해 함께 고민을 나눈 청년들과 법인을 만들게 됐다”고 설명했다.


해남햇살은 지역 농산물의 판로를 개척하기 위해 목포 지역의 식당을 모두 방문하는 수고도 마다하지 않는다. 절임배추, 김치양념 판매를 시작으로, 올해부터는 상품성이 떨어지는 낙과를 이용하여 잼을 만드는 등 영역을 확장하고 있다. 우리들곳간은 주로 보리, 밀 등을 수매하여 판매해 온 가운데 이를 가공해 소포장 후 판매하는 전략으로 변화를 꾀하고 있다.

17일 부귀농협에 따르면, 이번 축제 매출은 온라인 주문 판매 650건 3800여만원, 드라이브 스루 판매 200건 1900만원으로

총 5700만원가량이다.


페이스북에 김치 담그는 영상을 올린 한모씨는 “보내준 절임배추와 양념으로 김치를 담가 여럿이 맛있게 나눠먹었다”며 소개하기도 했다.


온라인 김장체험 챌린지’에는 참가신청자가 무려 180여 명에 육박하는 관심을 보였으며, 김장김치를 담그는 영상을 개인의 사회관계망 서비스(SNS)에 올려 부귀농협 김치를 홍보하는 효과를 유발하기도 했다.


진안군에서 후원하고, 부귀농협에서 주최한 이번 비대면(온라인) 김치축제는 28년의 역사를 자랑하는 마이산김치공장에서 최초로 열린 행사였다.


축제 기간뿐만 아니라 축제 기간 이후에도 온라인에서 많은 분들과 소통하고자 하는 김치축제의 의지를 담아 특별히 제작한 프로그램으로 많은 관심을 보였다.


농협하나로유통이 오는 15일부터 21일까지 전국 2,300여개 하나로마트와 온라인쇼핑몰 농협몰 내 e-하나로마트에서 절임배추 및 김치류 할인행사를 실시한다고 밝혔다.


이번 행사는 소비자들이 농협 아름찬 배추김치 등 다양한 종류의 김치를 저렴한 가격에 만나볼 수 있고, 절임배추는 행사카드(NH, KB, 삼성, 씨티, 전북)로 결제 시에 박스당 2,000원 할인혜택을 받을 수 있다.


농협의 절임배추는 강원 대관령, 전남 해남, 경기, 경북 서안동 등 배추 주산지에서 정성껏 계약 재배한 국내산 배추를 HACCP(식품위해요소중점관리기준) 인증을 획득한 농협 김치가공시설에서 직접 생산, 소비자가 안심하고 구매할 수 있는 것이 특징이다.


김병수 하나로유통 대표이사는 “국내산 원재료로 김치를 손쉽게 준비할 수 있도록 이번 행사를 준비했다”면서 “농업인의 노력으로 생산한 신선하고 안전한 우리 농산물로 든든한 식탁 위 반찬을 준비하시길 바란다”고 전했다.


지난 장마와 태풍 등으로 인해 수급에 어려움을 겪었던 배추김치가 이달말경 이후부터 안정을 찾을 것으로 예상된다.


농림축산식품부(장관 김현수, 이하 농식품부)는 지난 13일 하나로마트 등 주요 대형유통매장 등을 대상으로 실시한 배추김치 수급현황을 밝혔다.


농협김치 하나로마트는 전년 대비 물량 공급률은 90% 이상 수준이며, 현재까지 심각한 물량 부족 현상은 없는 것으로 전해진다.


그리고 한국농수산식품유통공사(aT)가 이마트, 홈플러스, 롯데마트 등에 유선으로 조사한 결과에 따르면, 일부 주거밀집지역 마트에서 제품품절 현상이 발생했으나 대부분 매장에서는 배추김치 판매에 차질 없을 정도의 물량을 공급받고 있는 것으로 확인됐다.


아울러 (사)대한민국김치협회가 지난 10일 회원사 동향을 조사한 결과, 업계는 가을배추 출하량 확대로 이달말경 이후부터 배추 구입, 김치 생산이 원활해질 것으로 예상하고 있으며, 배추공급 정상화에 따라 김치 공급 부족은 점차 해소될 것으로 전망하고 있다.




4일 국내 1위 김치 회사인 대상의 자사 온라인 쇼핑몰 ‘정원e샵' 별미김치 코너에는 열무김치·파김치 제품들에 품절 표시가 떠 있다. CJ제일제당 쇼핑몰인 ‘CJ더마켓‘에서도 일부 포기배추김치와 총각김치, 갓김치, 파김치가 품절됐다. 김치 전문업체 한성식품도 ‘천재지변에 가까운 폭우로 농산물 상황이 나쁘다‘며 8월 하순 김치 판매를 중단했다. 한 회사 관계자는 “일시적으로 포장김치 공급이 수요를 못 따라가면서, 자사 온라인 쇼핑몰 물량을 줄였다”고 밝혔다. 다른 온라인 쇼핑몰과 오프라인 유통매장에선 해당 제품들이 정상적으로 팔리고 있다.
