진안군이 후원하고 부귀농협이 주최·주관한 이번 축제는 지난 12일부터 3일 동안 온·오프라인에서 동시 진행됐다.

온라인에서는 김치담그기 동영상 올리기, 완제품 김치 인터넷 주문 할인판매, 오프라인에서는 절임배추, 양념, 완제품 김치

등에 대한 ‘드라이브 스루’ 할인판매 행사가 열렸다.
