I completely understand, for the refund we can initiate this online (You will get an email with the return label or QR to scan this return at any post office or FedEx location) the refund is posted to the original form of payment within 10 business days once the return arrives to our return center. (This is for the online return process).

---In another hand you can also return the item in store instead (For in store returns, the refund is handled in timely manner).
STORE return
You can go at any store with the order number, you valid ID, so they take the item and process the refund right away (Refund made in stores most of time is issued immediately or within 3 business days at the most, you can even request a store credit instead if necessary). Also if you have the original packaging that would be more easier to the store manage your return.

Sure, this was managed per LMD (last mile delivery, it is store truck and there is no tracking number) but we have delivery confirmation

Thank you, the money was not taken from our side (I mean what you see in the card account is a pending charge, this is placed on every single online order to validate your funds, we bill until the order is shipped but this time the order went canceled), so that pending transaction on the card will be dropped off within 7 days (It may vary on the bank).

Thank you for holding, I could see several canceled orders for the same reason (payment verification failed), although you have authorized the order and your'e doing everything right from your side, for some reason our verification team is still unable to pass this form of payment (Unfortunately this is under their criteria and their system for validation, from our side we do our best to escalate the error to fix) however in the end, the verification process is under their criteria, I am reporting this order again and the list of canceled orders, we will do our best from our side to push the verification through, for better results please submit a new order after 24 hours.
