I'm currently doing research to find areas of weakness in our program. I am working to improve my communication with my coaches. I feel we aren't leveraging the talents and unique skills of each coach as effectively as we could. I'm searching for answers from all walks of life, from the great coaching legends to American Industry's captains and innovators. We are also leaning too much on our coordinators to do all the basic reads, adjustments and game planning. There has to be an easier and more efficient way of doing things.
To put yourself in the best position possible, I'd try to maintain a 3.0 GPA or higher. If you don't, you run the risk of being excluded from consideration by some schools due to your academic qualifications.
