Xbox Problem - Fix E74 Error
The Xbox is a lot of fun to have. Of course, it works a lot better if it gets treated well. Sometimes, it simply gets in the way when it should be Berlin, France, and Italy. It's a great ride and sometimes, it just acts up. No one loves the E74 error with the Xbox more than me. Now, you could send it to Microsoft and have them fix it. This could work great if your 90 day warranty expired. If your warranty is still going then this could be a great option for you. You would only have to pay for shipping and there are ways you could avoid this. You could always buy a solider's patch that will work for about a week on your Xbox and there's no waiting for Microsoft to send it back. So, if you have a warranty on your Xbox and don't mind waiting for a month or two for it to get fixed, then sending it to Microsoft might be a great option for you.

But, if you're not willing to wait and don't have a lot of money to pay for Microsoft's overpriced service, then you have another choice. Fix it yourself. Now, many of you think that this idea is as crazy as the 3 blinking red lights on your Xbox. It isn't. Fixing your Xbox by yourself can save you tons of money. And if you think it's impossible, you are wrong. It's not because thousands of other Xbox owners have done it before you. The E74 error, the 3 red lights, and countless others have given them the opportunity to do this. So, why don't you give it a try?

All you have to accomplish is picture what the inside of your Xbox console looks like. Once you have a clear image of the console, take a thick paper file and slowly go through each one of the insides. Now, picture it opening up and then closing it back up. Keep going through each one of the insides of the Xbox 360 until you find the place that the E74 error, 3 red lights, and countless others are.

3. You can use regular dish soap and water to clean your Xbox 360. This doesn't work to fix the problem if the E74 error, 3 red lights, and countless other errors continue to show up.

4. Using a can of compressed air, can also clean your Xbox 360. Just be careful that you do not overheat your Xbox 360.
