Gli arti si dividono in arti superiori e arti inferiori.
Gli arti superiori sono formati da 3 parti:
il braccio, formato dall'omero; l'avambraccio, formato dall'ulna,
dalla radio; e la mano, formata dal carpo, metacarpo e dalle falangi.
Gli arti inferiori sono suddivisi in 3 parti:
la coscia; formata dal femore; la gamba con la tibia e il perone e
il piede suddiviso in tarso, metatarso e falangi.
