Good morning in reference to Cause Number#D-1-GN-21-006024 I have spoken quite a few times to Travis County Tax Office about this tax owing and was put on an installment agreement I have paid monthly as agreed and was told as long as I paid, I would continue to collect penalty's but that no action would be taken to close business. I have continued to make payments on time thru this pandemic it was a surprise to me that I am being taken to court under no circumstances am I trying to shirk my owing this bill, but I did follow the rules in contacting someone at Travis County tax. I also contacted Amanda when I received the documents at phone number 512-854-9473, she stated the same thing that documents showed I was paying monthly, and I would have to appear it was past anything she could change but that I would have to explain to the Judge that I was making monthly payments and the judge would set up something in the way of a payment plan thru them. Please let me know what steps I can take from here for payments my phone number is 512-784-0522 and thank you
