Scott Fujita was born in Ventura, California on April 28th, 1979. He was an outstanding participant in 3 sports (football basketball as well as track and field and basketball) at Rio Mesa High School in Oxnard, CA before heading to the University of California, Berkeley. In Berkeley, Fujita earned his Bachelor of Arts degree in political Science with a degree awarded in 2001. The degree was awarded with the top score. He also advocates for equal rights for the LGBT community, and supports programs for adoption, and is a tireless advocate for breast cancer awareness as the mother of his son has been a twice a female breast cancer survivor. In his profession, Fujita has also worked with various organizations that help to encourage and improve the lives of children who have cancer or other illnesses.

Fujita is a member of the NFLPA Executive Committee as a Vice President since the year 2010. He also sits on the Board of Directors for Team Gleason, which seeks to improve the lives of patients living with ALS and ultimately find solutions to stop this terrible disease.

On April 22nd, 2013 Fujita was signed on a one-day contract with the New Orleans Saints and announced his retirement after 11 years with the NFL at the top of Machu Picchu in Peru. Machu Picchu.
