Tulsi increases the speed of the heart beat and stimulates blood flow to the muscles. It is believed that Tulsi can be beneficial in lowering high blood pressure and reducing stress. Tulsi oil applied to the scalp has been shown to significantly reduce stress-related disorders.

The lymphatic system. Healthy functioning of the lymphatic systems is crucial for many body functions like the immune system, circulatory system, and others. Massage therapists will use massage techniques to stimulate the lymphatic system by applying gentle strokes to the neck, shoulders, or face. The lymphatic system is often relieved by adding oils like peppermint, Chamomile or lavender to massage oils. Massage with a combination of oils can improve lymphatic drainage, which helps to remove waste products from the body.

Deep tissue massage. This type of massage helps to ease tension in muscles and connective tissues. This massage aims to give the skin a more youthful appearance, increase flexibility, range of motion, and reduce swelling. It uses gentle strokes like kneading or tapping.
