The online video storage service is not reliable websites can shut down or break. Here's how you can backup your social media videos onto your personal computer.

My personal story isn't that huge. My story is not a long one. I was born, attended school, worked, and finally made it online. There were also some moments in which I felt as if everything was gone forever. One of those moments was when my home computer stopped working... After some fiddling, shifting my old desktop to the new one, and more fiddling I was successful in restoring all the work stored on the drive. It took me 3 days to shed tears and sweat... but I did learn a thing. Dropbox and my personal FTP server will be able to backup automatically and manually my work day to ensure that my work is not lost.

It's definitely not the most efficient solution. You will have to pay more to maintain your online data store. It's simple and quite secure. It's also extremely easy to download from any device connected to the internet. But what if you don't have access to internet? It is very comforting to always have my laptop since it is my backup option last resort. https://ka4ay.stream There are two drives I have, which I use as RAID stacks. They both copy one another and I keep one copy to protect myself in case one of my HDDs is damaged. I only copy data to them to ensure that my laptop won't fail.

Another great day of sadness happened few years ago. As I said above, I make sure not to lose any work I've done. I have now copied it multiple times and have it on hand wherever internet connectivity is accessible. It was Periscope. I was a frequent user of it years back. I even participated in live streams during the Riots last summer in 2020. Periscope TV has now closed and all videos are scheduled to disappear in the next few weeks. What can I do? I'm required to download all the videos to save them on my laptop. Those are very dear to me. It's the last time I hung with my friend who disappeared from the radar during Covid and it appears to have gotten him..

his site I frequent, it helps me download video content from Youtube, Instagram and Facebook, - some of the other sites that host the majority of my live streams. I'm interested in politics as well as underground movements so I take a lot of videos of live events, and store them for later use. I then upload them to my Youtube channel and then save them into my computer. This is how I do it. It allows me to cross-post videos across multiple platforms. I can post a YouTube videos on Facebook however, I can also upload it on Facebook. Each video can be its own video. Over the last 8 years, I have three TB of live streams. And I am not going to lose my Periscope lives.. And this site helps me a lot.

It's a breeze. The video I wish to save to Periscope or Youtube is displayed. I then copy the URL by using the share button. Then, I visit the video downloader's website and copy the URL. I can then download the video to my computer or onto my desktop. https://ka4ay.stream/en I can save it to my computer to utilize on other platforms. It is also possible to share it with friends. It's not every site that can assist with Periscope, but this one does well, it can manage m3u8 files that other websites usually download on your behalf.. Those work, don't get me wrong however, they're actually using fragments of online video feeds which means that playing the file within VLC although it's great does not actually do the job as the video isn't in your system but it's on the internet and plays from online when the player loads short fragment files 1 at a time...

You can make windows copy to combine these fragments to create a normal 1-long video file. This happens because of the video format Mpeg TS (or transport stream) that is used to create the video fragments. https://ka4ay.stream/en/ Each fragment contains all data required for decoding video. This allows every streamer to begin streaming smoothly starting from the middle. The browser also protects information by downloading 360 x 10 second files. It downloads only the streams that you are watching. The player will receive 3-4 fragments of the 25-second stretch, and then 1-2 more fragments for if it continues to watch the stream. This lets you reduce the amount of data you need by downloading only 25 seconds of stream video.
