Converto is great with playlists of videos. It provides all the videos it contains and encourages you to download individual videos or convert them to MP3/MP4 formats. Converto can be used in many languages and is totally secure.

My second choice is Y2mate, however sometimes it is my first choice. While it is not an issue but it's annoying to see that there numerous redirects, advertisements, full screen banners, as well as other distractions. It's very commercial, it's difficult to use, and it always distracts you with popups.. Similar to 2conv, but they appear more like static banners and therefore more tasteful. While translations to other languages are not readily available, they're better than the original.
