"To Evict Or Not to Evict" & the OJ Simpson Trial

From a drama perspective, OJ Simpson's (first) trial was great theater. It were built with a thrilling beginning (who could neglect the white Bronco chase on the interstate?) plus it immediately captured the nation's attention. The story was televised 24-hours each day and reporters energetically followed every lead and generated a huge selection of side stories (the "Dancing Ito's" anyone?). The public was excited, therefore the trial got past its first week (which turned into the initial of around 60 weeks). Whew!

And on 10/3/95, the Juice was loose.
When tenants don't pay, there's usually a good deal of drama. "I'll have a payment visiting you in the near future now", "I have a lot of family issues", and "I thought you said you needed it next Tuesday." Countless calls and e-mails are meant to entice you socially, emotionally, and mentally; it can be tough never to sympathize (or empathize)! This type of interaction (some refer to it "gaming") has one purpose- to convince you to not evict. Much like the OJ trial with all of the drama and grandstanding, you sometimes have to have a simple statement to assist guide your selection. Fortunately, there is certainly one.
This statement, with style points coming courtesy in the late Johnnie Cochran: "If they don't submit (FULL payment), you have to evict". Very simple!
