Episode 12:

Dr. Aaliya is seen at a party scene on a date with a guy. She shares about her hobbies – reading, exercises, watching movies. The guy notices she spoke reading twice and soon asks her for dance after hearing the song – Chittiyan Kalaiyan playing there. She dances there and imagines Ishaan’s presence and how she falls in Ishaan’s arms and shares eyelocks [Karu Dua.. Yehi Dua song plays]. She comes back to reality and finds Ishaan’s missed call on her phone. Meanwhile, Ishaan is at the hospital and Malvika looks at him while doing stretching. She recollects his recent words post match suggesting moving on is apt, and also his moments with Aaliya. Dr. Sinha at his end attends a patient Radhika and tries to assure her mom. He soon meets Malvika and informs that Radhika is a heart patient and her case is studied well, and now only one option is left. After a wait for 2 years they couldn’t got a heart donor and what they need is atleast 80 % match.

Aaliya is seen at her home and speaks to herself on wanting by heart vs. reality, and thinks that problems make life slow. She reads news about her dad Major Akhtar gone missing across LOC, and other coverage about no news about him. She earnestly wishes to receive some news about her dad and gets sad to not find any news even today. Soon after, she finds Ishaan at her home and he speaks of coming there as she was not picking up his calls. He then asks about her date which he learnt from Sarika. Malvika at the hospital finds Abheer – Radhika’s BF in her room. She finds his entry in non-visiting hours late in night suspicious. He replies on bringing music player for Radhika to justify his presence. She informs him on hospital rules but he speaks about his heart not understanding time. Radhika wakes up and gets happy to see him and receives the music player. He kisses on her forehead before leaving.

Abheer speaks to Malvika outside the room on how loneliness is stubborn, and its presence is felt even after death. On that note, Malvika reminsces on how she said to Ishaan on moving on, and reminded that loneliness is good friend of memories. Ishaan at Aaliya’s home helps her in preparing coffee. He speaks of getting a feeling that she is hiding something and also talks about getting similar feeling from his patients. She thanks him and suggests he guessed that she has a problem but the good thing he didn’t push her to open-up. He compliments on her sweet talk and suggests she need to be careful otherwise she will fall in love with him one day. Next morning, Ishaan talks to Sahil at the hospital and wants to know about Aaliya. Sahil speaks of Aaliya on a dating marathon since she is having having 2 to 3 dates per week. Ishaan speaks of knowing about Aaliya’s dating but didn’t know the frequency.

He finds Dr. Sinha and asks him to take Sahil under his guidance for today as he got busy with some other work. Dr. Sinha allots Sahil to assist Dr. Mukherjee in surgery. Ishaan informs Sahil to meet him once he becomes serious in his job. Later on, Ishaan thinks Aaliya is hiding something and her worry was hinting the same. Aaliya comes to hospital and finds Abheer looking at Radhika from the hospital’s door. There is 5 mins left for visiting hours deadline to end and she allows him to enter for those 5 minutes. Malvika comes there and confronts Aaliya for breaking the rules in allowing Abheer. Aaliya apologizes to Malvika on her mistake of sending the message earlier. But, Malvika informs Aaliya that she did a right thing since she learnt on not looking back in life, and goes away. Aaliya finds Ishaan approaching and enters Radhika’s room. She asks Abheer about his love story with Radhika.

Abheer speaks of meeting Radhika at a party scene. Radhika steps in and speaks of Abhi knowing about her heart condition there but still he spent the entire day with her. Aaliya speaks to herself that the secret of happiness is in sharing. Abheer speaks of his heart beating for Radhika and asks whether he can give his heart to her. Ishaan is seen speaking to KD who wants him to call patients for further appointments. Ishaan at first declines to accept such a thing but later heeds to KD’s point on insurance policies. Malvika is attending Radhika as her health deterioated further. Abheer comes inside and gives support to Radhika. Aaliya gets stuck to see Radhika in that condition and Malvika asks Aaliya to contact heart donors since Radhika needs a heart and has less time. Sahil is seen assisting Dr. Mukherjee and is told to bring O+ blood supply from a blood bank.

Sahil reluctantly agrees to the doctor and his suggestion of minor surgery and no blood requirements fall on deaf ears. Aaliya meets Abheer later, and he speaks of showing love at all times since he doesn’t know when he stops getting such opportunities. Aaliya takes a note of such philosophical words from Abheer on love. Abheer asks her for a favor and gets approval. Radhika’s room is decorated with heart baloons and Aaliya greets her with good morning. Malvika comes to check Radhika and learns on not receiving any news from the donor bank. Radhika shares with Aaliya on Abheer going to give a big suprise tonight. Dr. Sinha comes there and gives Radhika a pleasant suprise by informing that a donor matching heart is found for her. He instructs Aaliya to arrange the heart but she speaks of going by herself to collect the heart from a hospital.

As she was going, bumps into Ishaan who offers her the ride. He is surprised to see her quiet. Aaliya speaks of having worry for Radhika but he suggests that Radhika is getting a heart. He tells Aaliya to open-up since he is her friend and soon finds the car having a problem due to battery discharge. They decide to walk to the hospital as it is nearby and he has an umbrella to escape from rain [Titli song plays]. She recollects moments shared with Ishaan while walking and talks about hating rain. On that note, he reminds that just last week she spoke about loving rain and even danced with much joy in rain so how come she is changing her stance. Soon, he starts getting sneezing and she supports him. Next, they reach the hospital to collect the heart, and she discovers Abheer’s jeans and card.

They learn about Abheer’s death due to an accident, and she recollects him speaking about giving his heart to Radhika and also suggestion on expressing love at all times. Aaliya breaks down on Abheer’s death and the irony on receiving his heart for Radhika. She gets support from Ishaan. They receive the heart and head back to Lifebeat hospital in an ambulance. Soon, they find themselves in a traffic jam as there is a political rally. Aaliya speaks of action and goes on to talk to an organizing volunteer man about transferring the heart and needs passage. As her request was not getting answered, she takes the mike and talks about emergency situation – transferring heart for a girl in ambulance. The minister speaks up and gives the nod on making a way for ambulance to pass. Soon, they reach the Lifebeat hospital with the heart. Aaliya talks about how life is unfair and Ishaan shares on how everyone are born with a purpose, and suggests that Abheer shouldn’t have done what he did.

He informs Aaliya that Abheer has pledged his heart at the time when he first learn about Radhika’s heart ailment. Abheer had a check-up with Dr. Sinha to ascertain whether his heart matches with that of Radhika. Ishaan suggests that while Abheer did his part, and the rest was done by the destiny. Next, Ishaan talks about communication being impoirtant in life and there is no need to hide. She opens-up to him on looking for her dad last night. He is missing since few years – some say he is in other country while others suggests he isn’t alive. Aaliya starts to cry and speaks that her dad will come. Ishaan gives assurance with a hug and speaks of hope is all they have.

She agrees with him on keeping hope, and he cheers her by speaking in Kannada and suggests that the one who has friends will not feel lonely. He gives his words to be with her always. Aaliya speaks to herself on her intentions to express about her love to Ishaan, and doesn’t want to hide anymore since love needs to be expressed and not kept hidden..
