I am happy to send you this email. This email serves as a motivation letter. Therefore, I hope that you excuse the length as I try to be as thorough as possible.
In the following lines, I will introduce myself and provide a succinct review of my experience and qualities.
To ease the reading process, this email is structured as follows. First, I present myself and talk about the different stages I went through since I started this job. Second, I talk about the qualities related to software manipulation and management. Finally, I provide some of the interpersonal skills and qualities which I think would help me in my position as a TL.
-Introduction and Experience
First of all, I would like to present myself. My name is Younes Laasri. I am registered under the number 2821. I have been part of Majorel since August 2017 (Phone Group at the time). In my journey in the company, I occupied several positions. I have worked as an agent for 8 months. Afterwards, I qualified for an SME and spent 1 year in the position. My last position is as a QA, and I’ve occupied this position for 3 years.
I can confidently say that I have lived through several crucial and important stages of the company. Stages which begin by starting new activities and validating them and expand to updating the policies and the auditing system. I ran more than 100 QRTs which enables me to be closely in touch with all of the important updates and changes. These 4 years and a half of commitment and hard work also enabled me to develop some interpersonal skills, which I will talk about separately below.
-Software Qualities:
As you can deduce from the length of my experience and the variety of positions I occupied, I have experienced the changes and developments of the used softwares and techniques. As a start, I became familiar with using SRT and Eurika. I can claim now that I am aware of all of the important details of both, in addition to the portal. Also, thanks to the requirement of sending emails and completing other tasks (which include training, analyzing, and using the old and new audit systems), I gained a very good understanding and ability of manipulating Microsoft Office.
-(Inter)personal Qualities:
The interaction my position requires has endowed with very important communicative and interactional skills. The QRTs (which exceed 100 as we speak) have given me the ability to easily talk with people and communicate my ideas successfully and accurately. It also allowed me to manage time, tasks, and people (seniors or newbies) and motivate them to work towards any common goal. I believe that improving productivity and achieving the required objective can be reached if communicated to the agents using the right words and methods.
My sense of responsibility and commitment have also developed throughout the years. I have never been absent or unavailable when needed. As a team leader, I believe that availability and commitment play a big role, which I can prove to possess.
