For the past week my phone’s screen hasn’t been working. The screen is a bunch of flashing horizontal bars, so I can’t see the actual screen, and the touchscreen doesn’t work. I turned on Do Not Disturb before the screen started glitching and now I can’t turn it off. With past phones, I would press down on the screen really hard to fix this issue but with this phone that only turns the screen black, and then the flashing bars reappear as soon as I lift my finger. It still works automatically as a GoCard for entering the dorm and Leo’s but I just can’t interact with the screen at all. Siri also doesn’t activate when I hold down the home button for some reason. I can’t get it to work, but a few minutes ago it started ringing and shaking and the only way I could stop it was by pressing the Volume Down button. I don’t really know what’s happening but I thought it might be you guys trying to do Find my iPhone, otherwise my phone is really messed up.

I’m sorry for not emailing sooner. I’ve been really busy with midterms and I don’t have a watch so I can’t check the time on the fly anymore. My last midterm is the Orgo exam tomorrow, but once I’m done with that I’m going to try to figure out how to fix my phone. There isn’t much on the internet though about the flashing bars issue, even though it’s happened with my past phones. Sorry this email is so rambling but my phone keeps ringing and shaking and I can’t focus on anything.
