Nothing is more fun for my family more than camping at the most remote places. We always have technology.

We can spend hours having fun around the campfire. We sing, talk and engage in games in the flame while our cats, who are very independent, live their lives within the local area. Funny thing is that they will always return to us for the goin home part. Plus we have Joiner He is a hunter helper dog, he finds our kitties quick when we return. They're not even losing weight, and they are enjoying their time there without us.. Perhaps others in the camp feed them, or they steal food from them, or even chase mice and other critters We don't know.

Our tablets and smartphones aren't an issue when camping at the campfire. However, we do enjoy technology and will never stop using it even while we camp. He isn't apprehensive at all, even though he does turn off his mobile for two days. According to him, it makes him feel more relaxed. After a days worth of fishing and hunting we enjoy a large meal in the forest. We watch TV or play music and videos that we downloaded from the internet before leaving. We can rarely get Internet when we are in the woods, so our parents probably don't want us to talk via the phone. But sooner or later, we run low on games and emails that we can reply to, and we're back engaged in conversation.
