I'm Not Going Anywhere: Daydreaming to travel the world from her apartment
1. Intro

United Airlines, which is the name of a U.S. airline, is planning on flying at least one passenger from Denver to London's Heathrow Airport via a route with no other airlines. That’s according to information from the Denver Post newspaper. The unnamed passenger who wants to fly from Denver to London will be in first class and will travel for about 14 hours, according to the newspaper. "The flight will take off at 10:30 p.m., arrive in London at 5 a.m., and return to Denver at 6:55 p.m.," the newspaper reports on its website.
This will be first of its kind for United Airlines, which has been serving only flights between the two cities since 2011 when it launched daily nonstop services between Denver and Chicago using Airbus A320 jets that flew nonstop between those cities as well, according to Reuters .

2. The Problem With the Irish

It’s not just that the company famously failed to fly anywhere in the world for half a year. It’s that it had no idea where to go. I’m not sure if it had a strategy for this, perhaps, but it was just flying randomly around the world, going wherever it felt like without a clear idea of why or where.

3. A Solution for the Irish

I’m not going anywhere!

4. Outline of a Solution to the Irish Problem

We have a problem, and it is not limited to the Irish. It is global, and it is international. It affects us all, and it is becoming very difficult to solve.
The Irish government has been actively trying to limit tourism in Ireland by closing its borders. A lot of the Irish population lives abroad, so they are unable to return home should they get into trouble abroad. The result: many of our citizens are unable to come home at all.
Here’s an overview of how this issue comes about:
A) Ireland has tried everything from raising tourist taxes (which failed miserably), closing borders (which didn’t either), and banning travel from countries that are not formally members of the EU (which has actually been implemented).
B) The international community has been attacking us via sanctions and embargo.
C) So we have attempted to limit our tourism through what I call “Outline of a Solution” initiatives: 1) Banning all flights from countries not included in the EU; 2) Restricting travel by citizens of countries not part of the EU; 3) Creating border controls for mainland Europe; 4) Allowing only one group type per airline per flight; 5) Allowing only one group size per cabin class; 6) Allowing only one group nationality per airline simply because we’re “not allowed” to do so under EU regulations; 7) We will make each flight more expensive than its competitor if anyone wants to fly with us at all.
8) This is because if anything gets done, it will hurt our economy, so we need every advantage that we can get over our competitors in order to stay afloat. First Class flight booking have tried everything imaginable, but nothing seems enough – indeed less than nothing seems too much when dealing with a problem like this! The best answer might be that there needs to be no travel at all – which may be asking too much – or maybe the solution should be as simple as letting people choose what country they want to live in – but then perhaps everyone should have every right to say “I don’t want to live in Romania or Macedonia or Albania or Serbia or Slovakia or Slovenia”… etc., etc., etc!
Now let me share my personal experience living abroad for six years: And yes, there were days when I couldn't stand being outside Dublin even though I was hungry! But nevertheless I would stay on post for seven hours a day just

5. Conclusion

RTÉ News recently reported that a flight from the US to Dublin was cancelled due to United Airlines’ decision not to fly on October 4.
United Airlines, the world’s largest airline by market capitalization and controlling more than half of the domestic market share, was forced to cancel flights because it could not afford the high costs associated with air travel in Ireland.
The airline has been attempting to cut costs by increasing the number of flights between its hubs in Chicago and New York. However, it has reached a tipping point where it cannot pay for these new routes and will have to cancel some of its existing routes.
The resale value of a ticket is much lower than when purchased directly from United Airlines itself: flight prices are set at $800 roundtrip from United States to Ireland or $1,100 roundtrip from Dublin to America. Furthermore, there is no airfare relief offered on its lowest fare fares, which typically cost around €1,200 per person on average. The company’s decision resulted in mass cancellations of flights at Irish airports, as well as long queues at check-in counters with people queuing for hours before boarding their planes or having their tickets returned late.
