Throughout the Covid-19 Pandemic, we've seen an array of different measures across the globe, varying in degrees of effectiveness, morality, and aggressiveness.

Major reasoning for this comes down to numerous different factors that shape our opinions and lenses. Likes of Social structures,
demographics, culture as well as external factors such as politics, economics, and general welfare.

As we recall, legal realism is the perspective that while morality is a major point it looks towards individuality and why there can be multiple opinions on a single subject.

In the example of comparing countries of East Asia to Oceania to Central and east africa we can understand the differences that have had an adversely different effects in the context of the covid-19 pandemic. Countries such as Australia and New Zealand and that border the east asian sea have historically had a higher vaccination rate, education rate, stable economy and general public opinion to reasonable health standards. However in countries such as Sierra Leone or Malawi in central africa would have had different interests and with the countries contradicting the earlier statements of the east asian and oceanic countries, by being at the bottom of the global gross national income per capita, they historically have not had much resources in prevention.

Understanding circumstances that lead different people to have different underlying conditions which influence their decisions is an important core of Legal Realism we can apply to understand rationale through the social constructs that shape our views, in the context of the covid-19 pandemic.
