Manuel Roxas (1946 - 1948) - Satisfactory
Because he did not cause major problems like a huge rise in the people or groups going against the government due to projects not creating revenue and not succeeding well or doing a wrong move for the country. His agreements with the US and his projects helped the Philippines improve without leaving a huge dent. But this rating was not perfect because the people (especially the Huk's) were not satisfied by the military bases or other agreements with the US since it was as if the Philippines were still under control by the US but just not fully controlled and we, the Philippines and its people weren't fully independent. Also, the Huk's were upset that their farms and lands got destroyed and taken away by the government, so this explains further why I didn't give this administration a perfect rating.

Elpidio Quirino (1948-1953) - Satisfactory
Since most of his projects helped the Philippines greatly as well as they did not cause major problems and benefited the Philippines for its betterment. A reason why my rating was not perfect was that the effort he tried to make to calm down the Huk problem did not fully succeed and the Huk's had mixed emotions about it. Quirino offered to solve their problems under conditions, one which if only they would give up their arms. Though, Elipidio Quirino was able to take control of many other problems such as poverty and labor injustice.

Ramon Magsaysay (1953 - 1957) - Very Satisfactory
Because he made most of his projects for the poor, and all his other projects including the ones for the poor helped the Philippines have more control over its problems and they didn't cause any major bad aftermath as well. He was also able to take more control of the Huk Rebellion as he gave them free farmlands to care for and make use of. His projects also were able to develop the Philippines' agriculture, infrastructure and construction, justice towards workers, and foreign relations with other countries.

Carlos Garcia (1957-1961) - Very Satisfactory
Because like many other presidents, his projects did not let the Philippines face huge consequences and these projects also benefited the Philippines for its improvement. He was able to create programs and policies that let the Philippines including the government officials practice simplicity or simple living, enabled the Filipinos to have more chances in business success as they were told to be more valued in business in the Philippines, gave Filipinos more chances in showing off their unique culture, and develop more foreign relations.

Diosdado Macapagal (1961 - 1965) - Very Satisfactory
Like some other presidents, Macapagal's projects benefited the Philippines a lot without any big and horrible aftermath. His projects and programs benefited the Philippines in many ways, like improving the agriculture of the country, improving foreign relations with other countries, using more the language/s of the Philippines, going against corruption, and construction or infrastructure projects.

Ferdinand Marcos (1965 - 1969) First Term - Fair
His projects caused those big horrible consequences I mentioned a lot and though these programs benefited the Philippines, they caused a bigger struggle than its benefits. Some of his projects couldn't create revenue, meaning the money borrowed and gotten to create the project can't be paid for, and this money includes people's money and foreign loans. With no revenue, his projects would also be of no use, despite how these projects may help the Philippines change and improve in some of its aspects. But some of these works of his helped at least a little in rice production, construction projects, foreign relations, and decreasing the percentage of crimes, which is the reason why I rated this administration as "Fair".
