Dear Seller Performance,
My account has been suspended as it is suspected that I was selling inauthentic products. I would like to clarify that the products were genuine, bur we didn’t get permission to sell these mentioned products however I have made the mistake of selling them without Brand Approva.l.
I realised this upon consulting an SPN after my account was suspended, that selling without written approval from the brand is a policy violation.
I sincerely apologize for not being able to follow Amazon Policies and take complete responsibility for the error as I failed to completely understand the policies and do’s & don’ts of Amazon before listing the products.
I am writing to apologize for my mistake and request for another chance to sell on Amazon, this time following all policies and best practices of Amazon.
I have removed the listings that were in violation of policies and will not be selling those products
again on Amazon.
In order to ensure that in future, I comply with the policies, going forward I will only sell brands for
which I have the authorization. I have taken approval from another brand and have also procured
the products directly from the brand. [as explained in Section C – Preventive Measures, point 1]
I further take this opportunity to detail out the issue (as identified by us), corrective measures taken
and the how we will prevent such issues in future.
A. Root Cause

The products I was selling were genuine. However, I was selling the products without Brand
Authorization Letter And without proper invoices from authorised suppliers.
This happened primarily due to lack of knowledge regarding Amazon policies Below I provide the
details:
1. Lag in proactively learning the policies of Amazon – As a new seller I was not aware of
the policies of Amazon and started selling without first going through the policies and
do’s and don’ts of Amazon.
2. Selling Without proper authorised supplier invoices and without Brand Authorization
Letter – I was selling products without brand approval and unable to find authorised
supplier of these products in my nearby location as I failed to understand the policies.
3. At the start I am not aware of Amazon Anti-Counterfeiting Policy , so I have contact
and get help from 3
rd party service called EKTA-E COM TECH KA TADKA, there
executive Mr. Suraj have told me that he will do listings for my account and cross check
of authentic products and there invoices and suppliers profile of authenticity, he only
ask me to send purchase invoice for documents verification process, and I have
searched these suppliers Mamta Enterprises, Lakshmi emporium from IndiaMART, I
