Two Easy Ways to Discover the Best Rift Rogue Build
Many gamers who play a Rogue in Rift prefer to either play as, or play a mix of both the Rift Rogue and Assassin souls. I am here to show you two of the best Rogue builds to use whether you prefer to play as an Assassin or Void Knight.

The first Rogue build we are going to look at is the Rift Starters.

Marauder - The Marauder is the ideal opponent for the Rogue soul. Where other enemies will have to be carefully monitored and DPS taken care of, the Marauder will have all of his free, unspent energy available for dealing damage. This particular build is very resilient to any kind of damage spec along with a fairly high damage output for a melee based attack.

xbox one - While the name suggests it, the Assassin is actually a lighter and faster build type. Often considered a mirror build of the Riftblade soul, Mages often use persons that possess the Assassin ability in groups. This is more of a fun build to play, and has less damage output than the Marauder, but rolls up a good DPS in the process.

Now let's take a look at the two soul trees:

Marauder - The Marauder's complement. Where the Assassin boasts the highest DPS output, the Marauder is able to put out a high amount of sustained DPS. Because of this, Marauders are often more effective in groups than the Assassins are.

Assassin - While the Marauder is more efficient in taking down multiple enemies at once, the Assassin is able to attack from a distance and is more difficult to kill. xbox one of the Assassin in regards to the DPS output it can put out usually prevents it from being very effective in solo play.

Whether you rather play solo, participate in a group play, or participate in Rift Rifts as either a devotee of the dark arts or the light arts, the two souls are very effective builds for solo play. They even have a built in "Stealth" ability. The Marauder's stealth only lasts while in combat, whereas the Assassin can use it at any time. Which one you go for is up to personal preference.

There are many factors that play into making a good build. Some people prefer the Assassin, because of its stealth ability which is very necessary to complete some of the quests. Others go for the Marauder because they have an equally customized set of weapons that deal good damage. You need to decide what you want.

No matter which soul you choose, you are sure to have a good time playing the game. Just make sure you pick the right build and you will have a high quality time conquering the Enemies of Telara.
