Over my real estate investment career, something that I have noticed is you can have the inexpensive improvements in your rental units that will have big impacts. I have learned that it is not necessary granite countertops and stainless-steel appliances to increase demand for your units. visit site need to consider being unique and providing a spot to live on your tenants actually proud to occupy. It is important to project the style of a landlord who takes time and choose to maintain and improve his/her property.
Many properties contain the old flip light switches that protrude through the wall. These are old making a condo look dated. Many times I've seen units with painted over as well as cracked or broken light switches. The low profile d?�cor switches cost a little over $2 at most hardware stores. They are all to easy to install and offer a modern clean look. This small item features a big impact with potential tenants, what's more, it shows an eye for details.
