Before I can accept, I would like to discuss the matter of compensation. I can accept the offer while Brillio is my first choice, I have received other job offers that are offering me near about compensation as they are near to my home place also. But as Brillio is far from my home town and expense would be more so I am willing to transfer but I would like to request an increase in my salary to 5.5 - 6 LPA. I can certainly see a future for myself at the company, and I’m confident that I can bring a lot of value. I hope that we can come to a mutual agreement on an acceptable compensation package.
Also,I consider it a great leap towards my future career and I will serve my position with my best effort. However, I would request you to extend my date of joining from 03, March to mid march. Because my mother has a laparoscopic gallbladder surgery this week as my father is also not here, he works in air force and he is posted in Jamnagar, Gujrat.
I will be grateful to you if you'll consider my request. Thanks for understanding my situation.
