<p class="p__3">This policy will assist supply openness and access to info in the genuine estate marketplace. Within one service day of marketing a property to the public, the Participant should submit the listing to Bright MLS for cooperation with other Bright MLS Individuals. Public marketing includes, but is not restricted to, leaflets showed in windows, backyard signs, digital marketing on public facing sites, brokerage site screens (consisting of IDX and VOW), digital communications marketing (e-mail blasts), multi-brokerage listing sharing networks, and applications offered to the general public.</p>

<p class="p__4">The policy is active since October 16; however, fines will not be levied for non-compliance till February 1, 2020. The new policy does not alter Bright's Coming Quickly Status. The Coming Soon status will continue to be available within the Brilliant system for listings that are not being shown, and actively marketed.</p>

<p class="p__5">This would be used, for example, for personal sales and other situations where the seller has actually requested that their home not be listed in the MLS for privacy reasons. If your seller demands that you not list their home in the MLS, you can send a waiver. Any listing where the seller has decided to not market their home through the MLS go through the brand-new Office Exclusive policy.</p>
