<p class="p__5">This would be used, for example, for personal sales and other situations where the seller has actually requested that their home not be listed in the MLS for privacy reasons. If your seller demands that you not list their home in the MLS, you can send a waiver. Any listing where the seller has decided to not market their home through the MLS go through the brand-new Office Exclusive policy.</p>
