Dear NSS Volunteers,

It gives me immense pleasure to welcome you all to our own Ex NSS group.

Please read this mail as the Minutes of the Camp and request for your participation for our future project mentioned below.

> NSS ex-students of Sathaye college were gathered at LNJP Camp Base on canteen 23rd November 2014.

> The Ex Student interacted with the Programme officers of Junior and Senior college.

> Participated in Discussion with each other.

> Ex Students group joined Kitchen committee to serve the " Mahabhojan" to Patients .

> Post Lunch the Banner of NSS - Ex Student group reviled by Prof Sinha, Gaware Sir and Family of Unni Madam.

> The programme of Ex Students Concluded with a Session in which Ex students shared their experience with Regular students.

Friends :
As we discussed in the Camp , that we all will be enrolling our selfs and formal member of Ex - NSS group.
we have also discussed on various possible project which can be executed in future, There is a Immediate proposal which we have given to the Sathaye College - NSS Management ( Gaware Sir and Unni Madam) to give us a Small Space ( wall / Classroom ) during NSS Exhibition at college so we can show case the journey of Sathye - NSS. the showcase will be having posters with Photographs of our times , Achievements of NSS Volunteers ( eg. photographs with trophies won in various competitions , Certificates and other acknowledgements,
Photographs of Camp year vise.....  as we have many talents in our group like Professional photographs, Journalists , Painters , Film Makers  - yes we can showcase their expressions towards social issues...

* We need to show the confidence of perfect execution of the same to the management. ( the cost of Printing will be shared by the group members )

There is one more activity we can do to participate in the "JANIV MAHOTSAV" a festival of Social Issues organized by Sathaye College - NSS on 19th to 20th Dec. as a part of NSS family i request you all to please share your contributions to make it a success.
we can contribute by getting Sponsorships for the program from various Corporates and their CSR wings.

Requesting you all to share your views and Ideas on the same, which can be discussed in brief in next meeting.

Mr. Sunil Pathak will be sharing the Details of above mentioned two activities in next mail.
