Remus smiled softly at Sirius' pouting, rubbing his back gently. He didn't doubt that Sirius could physically handle three more, but he could already see Sirius slipping further into his head space and he didn't want to push him too far in. But there were ways to bring him back to Earth, pull him in. His hand ran through Sirius' hair as he answered. "Three more. You're still counting and I don't want to hear you asking for anymore, I have other plans for tonight."
