Work is large deal, it is very serious for most people. As important as work is many people are miserable at work.


I can count 200 reasons why enjoyment in work is important but for now let me give you just three reasons


Reason (I) you spend most of your life at work. Many people are at work for a minimum of 10 hours every week - for many that may mean getting up at 6 am, preparing for work, leaving home at 7am and getting stuck in traffic until you get to work at 8am.


Consequently, if you spend 8 hours at work or even 9 hours you probably spend more time together with your coworkers than you do with your loved ones. Just Consider It, 8 hours daily with your supervisor Each and Every day of this week ends up to 40 hours a week with your boss and co-workers as opposed to the 16 hours you spend with family on weekends


Reason (II) Function brings in the money, who said money wasn't important? Money is very important... we could 't live without it. We need to cloth ourselves, we want food, we need shelter, we need or even desire a fantastic vacation every once in a while. More money is required if you have children and a family to look after. Money is so significant the absence of it may raise havoc to our happiness and wellbeing. I am not saying we ought to worship cash but I am saying It Is important


Reason (III) Function is essential to your happiness, if you aren't happy at work and always have work problems it is easy for those issues to creep into different areas in your life including your relationship with your loved ones, spouse or spouse and everything else.


So, work is a significant deal!!


You may be asking yourself, where am I going with this?

Why are people sometimes not happy at work? Not a lot of staff members said thank you for the fantastic job the kitchen lady did. But whenever she happened to take time off or was away sick everyone moaned about how dirty the kitchen appeared as they couldn't find clean cups and things got scattered all over the area. So the work the helper in the kitchen was very important but nobody noticed until she wasn't there. How many people are similar to that in our lives that we take for granted. Your work is important trust me just know that even if you feel unappreciated.


A number of us live in complexes, we've got security control in the gates, and they open the gate each day with us going on in with our business and make sure we are protected. We may not always say thank you for their attempt but if the gate isn't opened get angry about the circumstance.


I am attempting to remind you your work is critical, each work is critical, from the floor cleaner directly up to the CEO.
